She has played in the industrial, natural resource and energy sectors as well as engineering, construction, mining and technology. Her clients range from large
Faye is a teacher, turned talent consultant, turned HR professional, turned startup leader and a proud native Calgarian with almost 20 years experience in executive search and HR. She has played in the industrial, natural resource and energy sectors as well as engineering, construction, mining and technology. Her clients range from large cap public companies to start-up organizations and family-run businesses. She has had the advantage of seeing search from the client side while holding several national recruitment and human resource roles.
Most recently, Faye spent the last year with a venture studio working alongside Canada’s fastest FinTech company, helping build their executive leadership team. She was a part of two rounds of venture financing and helped build them to over 800+ employees in less than 3 years.

Pam has close to 20 years of experience in engineering and consulting spanning the energy sector, research, sports management and not-for-profits. She has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from entrepreneurs testing marketplaces on their own to multi-billion dollar organizations. Pam possesses a natural ability to connect quickly with others and to establish cohesive teams working towards strategic goals with common understanding and respect. Her positivity and authenticity is evident.
She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Systems Engineering, with a minor in Chemical Processing. In the community, Pam is an active volunteer in her kids’ minor sports endeavors, within the school system and sits on the Board of Directors with the Ryan Chen Memorial Foundation Fund.
